United States Parents Involved in Education has state chapters across the country that educate parents, state and local government and citizens about the dangers of government schools and advocate for parental and local control of education.

    • Advance USPIE’s mission by educating parents and taxpayers in your state

    • Organize, manage, and delegate responsibilities to state chapter members

    • Support education legislation aligned with USPIE’s positions within your state

    • Help elect school board members and legislators who support USPIE’s positions

    • Educate state legislators and school board members and members of Congress with USPIE resources

    • Mange the state PIE Facebook page and share posts from the national page

  • PIE presidents are volunteers and each state chapter looks different. Some chapters focus on local issues by attending local school board meetings, and other chapters focus on state level lobbying and promoting legislation. There is flexibility.

  • USPIE is a true grassroots organization and we believe everyone should have some “skin in the game,” so each State Chapter Presidents is required to donate $100 annually, which can be done at one time or as a recurring monthly donation of less than $10.

    • PIE Chapter Presidents are expected to participate in a one-hour PIE President phone call each month, but are required to participate in at least 9 calls annually with obvious exceptions like illness, family member’s death, vacation, etc., but when possible should be communicated in advance of the missed meeting.

    • PIE Chapter Presidents are also required to serve on either the Research or Recruitment Committee. These committees also have a one-hour phone call each month.

    • In addition to phone calls, one to two hours a week is the minimum amount of time needed to organize, manage and delegate responsilities.
