Teacher union-backed New Jersey governor candidate Mikie Sherrill gets USPIE’s November Millstone Award for supporting ‘drag’ in the classroom

Teacher unions like the NJEA are the spearhead of the cultural war on children’s innocence. They cater to any faction that is anti-parent, anti-faith, anti-family and anti-American

The New Jersey Education Association (NJEA), like other teacher unions, embraces the entire radical agenda for government schools. This includes promoting LGBTQ+ activism, including drag performers.

The NJEA has donated “tens of millions of dollars into Democratic campaigns and last month endorsed Democratic gubernatorial candidate Mikie Sherrill over Republican Jack Ciattarelli,” the Daily Wire reported.

“Just a few days after that election takes place, it will hold the event called ‘Drag is not a Crime: The Past, Present, and Future of Drag,’ according to a website for the NJEA Consortium, which will host the November 7 event,” the Daily Wire said. “The NJEA Consortium program is part of an initiative to boost diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on minority communities in K-12 classrooms across New Jersey.

“The New Jersey Project promoted the event with a post emphasizing the need to ‘ignite creativity in the classroom’ and how ‘drag is what education is all about.’”

Apparently, ‘drag’ is what Mikie Sherrill is all about, too. That’s why we’re giving her our prime dishonor, USPIE’s Millstone Award for the month of November. It’s obvious that she values radical wokeness and sexual corruption of children over the well-being of children.

The Millstone of the Month award is given to the person involved in government schools who has committed the most egregious acts against children. These individuals have taken steps to funnel wokeness and other harmful pedagogies into America’s classrooms.

Teacher unions like the NJEA are the spearhead of the cultural war on children’s innocence. They cater to any faction that is anti-parent, anti-faith, anti-family and anti-American.

In USPIE’s new report, “Are Government Schools Redeemable?,” teachers’ unions are one of the five key relevant roadblocks preventing government schools from being redeemable.

Teacher unions rally in support of LGBTQ+ policies, including placing inappropriate books in school libraries and classrooms, hiding gender issues of students from parents, protecting teachers who dress up pretending to be the opposite sex and other policies offensive to many parents.

The policies and practices advocated by these teacher unions are exactly the policies and practices that prevent government schools from improving student achievement in reading, writing and math.
